Pénélope Renard is mainly involved in the corporate aspects of mergers & acquisitions and private equity transactions.
BACKGROUND
Prior to joining us, Pénélope worked for 18 months as a legal advisor in the corporate department of McDermott Will & Emery, and had previously completed several internships with international law firms.
Admitted to the New York Bar in 2023, she holds a Master II in Advanced Corporate Law (122) from Université Paris-Dauphine and an LL.M from Cornell University (USA).
