Hélène Tazé specializes in corporate finance.
BACKGROUND
Prior to joining Moncey Avocats, Hélène was an associate in Linklaters' Capital Markets & Banking department in Luxembourg since 2023, where she worked on project, fund, asset and corporate finance, as well as banking regulatory issues.
Hélène holds a Master 2 in International Business Law from the Université Paris-Saclay, a Master 2 in Comparative Political Expertise - MENA and an LL.M in International Business Law, which she completed in Singapore. She was sworn in as a lawyer in 2023.
