Moncey Avocats is hiring in Corporate

 

Moncey is an independent French business law firm of about fifteen lawyers. We advise listed and unlisted companies and their managers, investment funds, family groups and entrepreneurs in France and abroad.

We are committed to helping our staff become competent and fulfilled lawyers in their professional activity. We pay particular attention to the transmission of knowledge and to the involvement of everyone in the cases to reinforce learning.

Our Corporate team, which includes 3 partners, 1 counsel and 6 associates, is actively looking for an associate (1 to 4 years of experience).

The required profile:

- First experience in a corporate and/or private equity team
- Education: Master II in Business Law, DJCE, business school, and/or LL.M
- Very good level of written and spoken English
- Alliance of rigour, curiosity, flexibility and team spirit
