Counsel to B & Capital in the context of its majority LBO on Seaport ODLM

 

Moncey Avocats assisted the investment fund, B & Capital and the management, in the first LBO on Seaport ODLM.

B & Capital's acquisition of a majority stake alongside Francis Kessous, one of the group's two founders, who is reinvesting in this transaction, comes after the departure of the other founder, Guy Azoulay.

Seaport ODLM is a specialist in the creation, design, marketing and distribution of optical and sunglasses positioned in the affordable luxury segment and a reference player in its field.

With this transaction, Seaport ODLM aims to accelerate its development in France and internationally. B & Capital will put its resources and expertise at the service of the Seaport ODLM to enable its growth.
