Counsel to Talence Gestion in its merger with Patrival

Moncey Avocats advised Talence Gestion on its merger with Patrival.

The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of Q3 2024, subject to AMF approval. It will enable the two companies to create an independent leader in private asset management in France.
