Counsel to Sagard in the acquisition of the Acceo from Gimv

Moncey Avocats advised Sagard in its acquisition of the Acceo Group, an independent French provider of engineering, inspection and certification services, from Gimv, a majority shareholder since 2016, which is reinvesting alongside them in the transaction.

Founded in 2003 near Marseille, Acceo has gradually expanding its offering to meet all the technical and regulatory needs of buildings. The Groupe has thus become a multi-service specialist covering several segments and provides a wide range of services to address buildings compliance, performance and sustainability issues on those segments, including periodic and mandatory inspections, audits and technical assessments, asset management and monitoring solutions, compliance services and technical consultancy.

This transaction will enable the Acceo Group to continue to grow under the leadership of its management team.
