Counsel to Novaxia in the acquisition of Masteos

Moncey Avocats assists Novaxia, a specialist in sustainable real estate savings and the development of urban projects, in its takeover of Masteos, a start-up specializing in turnkey rental investment.

The takeover follows a decision by the Paris Commercial Court, which ruled in favor of Novaxia's acquisition of the assets of the company and its subsidiaries, which had been placed in receivership on January 17, 2024.

The takeover is in line with Novaxia's ambition to diversify its activities, based on a brand as strong as Masteos.

The new entity, Masteos by Novaxia, will be headed by the start-up's current CEO, Thomas Maudet.

Novaxia was advised by a Moncey Avocats team comprising: partner David Malamed, counsels Jonathan Devillard and Thibaut Lefort, and associates Diane Ferriol and Florana Benabid.
