Counsel to Group SCP in its merger with OpenMedias

 

Moncey Avocats supports Groupe SCP, a 360° communications agency specializing in print, digital, TV and radio, in its acquisition of a majority stake in OpenMedias.

Founded in 2019, OpenMedia is a full digital agency with a focus on on-air programs and sponsored articles. It partners news websites such as BFM Business, Challenges and Forbes, and will have more than 500 advertisers by 2023.

This merger will contribute to the joint development of Groupe SCP and OpenMedias, in particular thanks to the complementary nature of their offers, which will enable them to better meet advertisers' needs and consolidate their commercial base.

Thanks to this merger, Groupe SCP becomes France's no. 1 communications agency in the SME segment, with over 3,000 active advertisers.
