Moncey Avocats assisted the shareholders of ACA, a French innovative provider of software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions for accounting and corporate cash management, in its sale to Cegid.

Cegid is a specialist in management solutions for professionals in the fields of accounting, taxation, payroll and human resources, enterprise resource planning and retail.

With the acquisition of ACA, Cegid completes its solutions of cash management for the financial departments of mid- and large-sized companies.
