MONCEY AVOCATS assists SEVEN2 in its ENTRY into the capital of OLIFAN GROUP

 

Moncey Avocats is advising Seven2, an independent investment company specialising in financing SMEs and SMIs in France and Europe, on its acquisition of a stake in Olifan Group, one of France's leading asset management companies.

 

This transaction from Seven2's Apax Development Fund II follows its recent investments in School of Arts and Diapason, and is accompanied by the exit of BlackFin Capital Partners, a minority shareholder in Olifan Group since 2021.

 

 

This new step will enable the group to continue its organic growth momentum and accelerate its external growth strategy, notably through 4 acquisitions this year, including Verney Conseil and three client portfolios in the Occitanie region.
