Moncey Avocats assisted Trocadero Capital Partners in its acquisition of a stake in Locala

Moncey Avocats has advised Trocadero Capital Partners, an independent private equity firm, on its acquisition of a stake in Locala, a French advertising platform founded in 2012 and a leader in multi-local digital marketing. Since its creation, Locala has worked with leading brands in 40 countries.

 

The entry of Trocadero Capital Partners is designed to step up Locala's international expansion, which accounts for 80% of its revenues, with a particular focus on its key market of North America.
This transaction will also enable the platform to accelerate its strategic initiatives and create new opportunities for sustainable growth. Locala will continue to invest in its platform and its talent, offering innovative solutions, notably through the launch of its proprietary generative AI.
