Counsel to EMZ Partners in its new partnership with Fauche group

Moncey Avocats advises EMZ Partners in a new MBO transaction with the management of Fauche group.

This transaction enabled the group to broaden the circle of employee shareholders, who now represent more than 30% of the workforce, and thus retain a majority shareholding. GSO Capital, Multicroissance and NMP Développement, the group's financial partners since 2011, are also reinvesting in the transaction.
