Moncey Avocats welcomes Géraldine Huon as Head of Business Development.

Géraldine is a counsel and acts as Head of Business Development, supporting the partners in building the firm's growth at the international level.

After 8 years as a lawyer in American law firms, Géraldine worked for 14 years as a private banker and then as a development director in several private banks in the wealth management industry. She has developed a solid expertise in assisting founders or shareholder-managers of family-owned SMEs in the transfer phase and the management of their wealth.

Géraldine will be leveraging her precious experience in the firm's pursuit of winning new mandates. Her understanding of the firm's challenges and objectives will enable her to establish a long-term development strategy.

EXPERIENCE

Géraldine has a double degree in Business Law and graduated with an LL.M from the University of Reading and a DESS in European Competition Law from the University of Paris X. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1996 and joined the mergers & acquisitions department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher. In 1999, she joined the corporate department of Andersen Legal for 5 years. She then worked in the wealth management sector as a private banker, at first for 7 years at Aforge Degroof - Family Office, then for 5 years at Richelieu Banque Privée as Head of Business Origination & Development. Before joining Moncey Avocats, she was Director of Private Client Development at Banque Wormser Frères.
