Counsel to Negma Group in the setting-up of a financing line for Vergnet Group

 

Moncey Avocats assisted the debt and equity fund Negma Group in the financing of Vergnet Group - listed on Euronext Growth and specialized in the production of renewable energy - through an equity line (OCABSA) for a total amount of €100M.
