Counsel to Group Visiodent in its sale to Cegedim

Moncey Avocats advised Group Visiodent, one of France's leading providers of management solutions for dental practices and healthcare centres, on its acquisition by Cegedim, an innovative technology and services company.

Founded in 1983, Group Visiodent launched Veasy in 2018, the first 100% SaaS solution for dental practices and healthcare centres, against a backdrop of strong growth for these structures. In just a few years, Veasy has established itself as the leading solution in its market, with users including the largest national health centre networks and thousands of private dentists.

Today, Veasy remains the only SaaS solution capable of meeting the needs of all dental, medical and paramedical specialties within a single establishment.

This acquisition will enable Cegedim to strongly support the development of the Veasy offering for dental practices and healthcare centres in the face of new regulatory challenges, medical coordination and the digitisation of patient pathways, and to strengthen the leadership position of its Cegedim Sante subsidiary.
