Moncey Avocats assisted SCP Group in the sale of a minority stake to Initiative & Finance.

Founded in 2008 by Harry Chaouat, SCP Group (Services-Conseil & Publicité) is a communications agency producing TV, press and digital advertising campaigns for advertisers.

With the support of Initiative & Finance, the management team wishes to pursue an ambitious development plan, accelerating recruitment and deployment of new offers. The trends towards regionalisation of advertising is a significant additional source of growth for the group. In addition, SCP Group wishes to actively monitor external growth opportunities in order to complete its offer.
