Counsel to Groupe Fauché in its acquisition of the Sylpa Group

 

Moncey Avocats has advised Fauché, an independent French player in energy services (electricity, automation, multitechnical maintenance), on the acquisition of Groupe Sylpa, specialized in electrical engineering and maintenance.

The Sylpa Group, with 5 strategic subsidiaries, operates 8 sites in the Paris region, employs 300 people and generated sales of over €70 million in 2024.

The acquisition will enable Fauché to strengthen its presence in the Paris region, enhance its technical expertise and extend its activities to public lighting networks. This diversification opens up new business prospects for the Fauché group, consolidating its position in the energy services market. Both companies share a corporate culture focused on customer service excellence, facilitating post-acquisition integration.

Groupe Sylpa will become a Regional Division of Fauché, reinforcing its strategy of offering complete energy solutions in France.
