Counsel to Coutot-Roehrig in the context of the exit of Capza to Luxempart

 

Moncey Avocats advised the main shareholder and the management team of Coutot-Roehrig in the context of the sale of the entire shareholding of Capza to Luxempart, an investment company listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

Luxempart now holds 43% of the capital alongside the founder and majority shareholder, Guillaume Roehrig and the management team.

The transaction, which remains subject to customary regulatory approvals, is expected to close by the end of June 2023.

Coutot-Roehrig is Europe's leading heir search firm with a global presence of 46 branches. The company has experienced strong growth over the past decade and has achieved a turnover of over €M70 in 2022.
