Assurinco Voyage and Presence Assistance Tourisme, travel insurance brokers, and insurtech Libbela, a digital underwriting agency, have joined forces to form Xplorassur, France's leading travel insurance and assistance group, and become part of the 10th largest French insurance broker Finaxy Group.
