Moncey Avocats advised Enerlis, on its reorganisation in the context of White Summit Capital's investment in Powesco

Moncey Avocats has advised Enerlis, an independent energy group founded in 2013, on its reorganisation in connection with White Summit Capital's investment in Powesco, a subsidiary of Enerlis specialising in the integration of energy services.

White Summit Capital, an investment fund specialising in sustainable infrastructure, becomes the majority shareholder in Powesco with a financial commitment of €150 million. This investment is in line with White Summit Capital's strategy of supporting medium-sized infrastructure platforms in Western Europe, with a particular focus on decarbonisation and the integration of renewable energies.
Thanks to this investment, Powesco will be able to strengthen its position in the French energy efficiency market and develop its innovative range of energy efficiency solutions as a service for commercial buildings. Powesco will also accelerate its growth and expand its customer base through its long-term energy service contract model.

Enerlis was advised by a team from Moncey Avocats comprised of :

- Pierre-Alain Bouhénic, partner, and Clémentine Quintard, lawyer on the restructuring aspects.

The corporate aspects were handled by a team from Paul Hastings led by Olivier Deren and the tax aspects by a team from Cazals Mancho Pichot Saint-Quentin led by Romain Pichot.
