Rousseau Group is to hand over to a new management team, supported by Nov Relance Impact managed by Turenne Group, the new reference shareholder, BNP Paribas Développement and Bpifrance.

Rousseau Group, a French leader in metal construction, was founded in Normandy in 1921. Rousseau is a benchmark in the design, manufacture and installation of high-end metal products, enabling rapid, large-scale deployment.
