Counsel to TechLife Capital for the acquisition of Evolutis

 

Moncey Avocats advises TechLife Capital on the acquisition of Evolutis, an international player specializing in orthopedic joint implants.

TechLife Capital, an investment fund specializing in the healthcare and technology sectors, alongside Adaxtra Capital and with the support of the founding CEO and management team, acquires the Evolutis group.

Evolutis recorded sales of over €40M in 2022, up 20% on the previous year.

With this transaction, Evolutis intends to sustain its growth through acquisitions and broaden its offering, notably by strengthening innovation and gaining access to new technologies.
