Counsel to Sparring Capital in its majority LBO on Genie Flexion

 

Moncey Avocats assisted Sparring Capital - the independent management company dedicated to French SMEs - in its majority LBO on the Genie Flexion group, alongside with Caisse d'Epargne Ile-de-France Capital Investissement (CEIDF CI).

The Genie Flexion group is the second largest French player in on-site repair of hydraulic hoses, leader in Ile-de-France and Hauts-de-France and present in Normandy. With 14 agencies, nearly 180 employees and a fleet of more than 100 vehicles, the Genie Flexion group offers a high level of responsiveness to its customers, which has ensured its growth in recent years.

This transaction will allow the Génie Flexion group to accelerate its development with the opening of new branches and the strengthening of its management team.
