Counsel to Seven2 and CEME in connection with the acquisition of a majority stake in Vepres

Moncey Avocats advises Seven2 and CEME on CEME's 4th build-up. CEME, in LBO since March 2022 with Seven2, is pursuing its growth strategy by acquiring a majority stake in Vepres, a family-owned company based in the Grenoble region, specializing in the design and installation of cleanrooms.

The transaction is in line with the expansion strategy of CEME, a leading national company in electrical and HVAC engineering and maintenance.
