Counsel to Onepoint on its financing with Carlyle

 

Moncey Avocats advises Onepoint, a European leader in digital transformation consulting for businesses and public authorities, on its refinancing and long-term bond financing with Carlyle Global Credit, the credit arm of Carlyle.

This long-term financing was arranged via an 8-year bond issue. It considerably strengthens Onepoint's ability to accelerate growth in its key markets, as well as refinancing its existing bonds.

The transaction retains the current ownership structure.
