Counsel of NovaKamp in the context of the acquisition of Tecnizy-GCAT

Moncey Avocats assisted NovaKamp, a group historically specialized in the development of living bases for the army, owned by Sparring Capital, in the acquisition of Tecnizy-GCAT Group.

Tecnizy-GCAT Group - the number one reference in technical assistance and expert recruitment in the world of construction - has been carrying out assignments on construction sites throughout the world for 25 years on behalf of its clients in the construction, transport, water, telecoms, industry, mining, defence and energy sectors.

This operation will enable NovaKamp, for which the French Ministry of Defence is one of the main clients, to expand its client base with a more civilian clientele, while completing its range of expertise, particularly in the utilities sector (energy, waste, water), in the fields of infrastructure and civil engineering.
