Moncey Avocats assisted MBO & Co, an investment fund, in its acquisition of a majority stake in LEN Médical | Axis Santé, a leading omnichannel platform for communication and marketing for healthcare professionals.

Since its creation, the group's ambition has been to contribute to ongoing medical education of private and hospital-based specialists and to support its partners in the pharmaceutical industry in their communication strategy with healthcare professionals.

MBO & Co's majority investment is an important step in the growth plans led by Stéphane Elghozi (CEO of LEN Médical | Axis Santé) and the management team, who wish to continue structuring the group in order to accelerate its development by penetrating new therapeutic areas and by broadening the range of services offered to healthcare professionals.
