M80 Partners backed Naturacare (Strapharm) in continuing its sector consolidation (CDMO in food supplements) strategy in Europe, announces the acquisition of Ambi Pack.

Backed by M80 Partners since October 2019 (Strapharm), Naturacare, a European producer of food supplements, continues its European buy & build strategy with the acquisition of Ambi Pack in the Netherlands, following the acquisition of Hedelab in 2021 in Belgium.

Ambi Pack, based in the Greater Rotterdam Area, is a leading CDMO specialized in food supplements and medical devices 

The acquisition allows Naturacare to expand geographically into the Netherlands, Germany and the Nordics, while broadening its product offering with new galenic forms, medical devices and GMP certifications.
