Counsel to KMSI in the context of its acquisition by Groupe Magellan Partners

Moncey Avocats advises KMSI, an expert in HR and HRIS consulting, and its founder, Alain Fargeaud, on its acquisition by Groupe Magellan Partners.

Through this transaction, the Magellan Partners Group combines all its historical HR consulting activities with those of KMSI within a single structure, Magellan HR.

Since 2001, KMSI has supported HR departments in their activities and strategic projects related to human resources management.

The new entity, Magellan HR, which brings together 120 expert consultants and expects sales of €20M by 2023, aims to become the French leader in HR and HRIS consulting.
