Counsel to EMZ Partners in connection with its acquisition of a stake in Yuri & Neil

 

Moncey Avocats advises EMZ Partners on its acquisition of a stake in Yuri & Neil, a Paris-based digital marketing agency specializing in traffic acquisition and online sales development.

The digital marketing agency, which has sales of over 10 million euros, is reorganizing its capital structure as it reaches the end of its first development cycle, and is thus bringing EMZ Partners on board to support its continued growth.

EMZ Partners agreed to invest 12 million euros, combining equity and quasi-equity to boost management.

As part of the deal, three non-operating partners sold a large part of their stake to co-founders and managers Clément Boccardi and Christophe Leroy, who took over control of the agency.

The transaction was completed by an 8-million euro senior loan provided by Caisse d'Epargne Ile-de-France, which was subsequently syndicated.
