Moncey Avocats advised Calcium Capital on its acquisition of a stake in Group Arago Global, France's leading SAP single-source integrator of HR’s software solutions and a key player in the digital transformation of human resources.

In this secondary LBO, Calcium Capital is investing alongside the founder and management, taking over from Capitem Partenaires and other historical shareholders.
