Moncey Avocats advises Barrière in €95m USPP issue

Moncey Avocats has advised Groupe Barrière, a century-old family group known for its casinos and luxury hotels, on a €95 million issue of senior US PP notes financed by Pricoa Private Capital.

 

Founded more than 110 years ago, the group is a major player in the luxury casino and hotel business. Its business is built around three main pillars: a casino division with 32 establishments and a gaming club, a hotel division with 20 luxury hotels, and a strong presence in the restaurant sector with more than 150 establishments, including the Fouquet's restaurant, an iconic institution on the Champs-Élysées in Paris.

Pricoa Private Capital, a leading player in private debt for private and listed companies, has granted this financing with a final maturity of 10 years. This financial transaction will enable Groupe Barrière to strengthen its financial structure and support its long-term development projects.
