Counsel to Nerco's founders and managers in the secondary LBO on Nerco

Moncey Avocats advised Nerco's founders and managers in connection with the acquisition of a minority stake of Azulis Capital and Oddo BHF Asset Managament (secondary LBO) in Nerco, a Lyon-based family group specializing in heating, ventilation, air conditioning and electrical engineering for the tertiary sector, logistics, serviced residences and tourist complexes.

The two new investors have taken over Siparex's stake.
