The result of the association of five experienced lawyers who have perfected their know-how acquired in the ranks of some of the most influential law firms in the market (Ashurst, Bredin Prat, Gide, Weil Gotshal) and who have been working together for many years, the team has had 15 lawyers since its launch. The team is active in private equity, mergers & acquisitions, financing, tax, restructuring and employment law.
