Fabrice de La Morandière will join Moncey Avocats no later than early October, further contributing to the firm's continued growth. His experience of complex, cross-border transactions, coupled with his leadership qualities and team spirit make him a great asset for both Moncey's clients and teams.

Fabrice de La Morandière advises listed and unlisted companies in all sectors, investment funds and financial institutions on matters related to acquisitions, sales, LBOs and other leveraged transactions. Clients appreciate his availability, astute discernment, and negotiating skills.

His positioning and expertise are highly complementary to the firm's existing capabilities, reflecting the firm's ambition to be a key player in corporate finance transactions. Since its creation in April 2021, the firm has made significant strides in this market, having assisted its clients in over a hundred transactions. Moncey Avocats relies on a solid corporate team led by four partners Frédéric Pinet, Guillaume Giuliani, Marie-Victoire James and Fabrice de La Morandière and supported by around fifteen associates. Additionally, the firm's financing, tax, restructuring and litigation teams, led respectively by David Malamed, Frédéric Bosc, Pierre-Alain Bouhénic, and Philippe Lauzeral, respectively, further enhance its comprehensive offerings.

"Fabrice's arrival is a key step in our development. He will bring undeniable added value to our M&A activities and to our involvement in more and more complex private equity transactions. These are segments we aim to consolidate to provide even better support to our industrial clients, family groups, family offices and ambitious companies. His significant experience of complex deals, extensive network and personal qualities perfectly align with our DNA: providing our clients with profiles of excellence, dedication and capability to address their strategic challenges", comments Frédéric Pinet, managing partner.

For Fabrice de La Morandière, partner, "joining Moncey means being part of a dynamic and ambitious project, which has continued to thrive since its creation. Having known the team for an extended period, I value their professionalism, energy, tenacity and entrepreneurial spirit. These qualities, coupled with the synergies between our experiences and our networks, were determining factors in my decision to join the firm and are essential for my clients."

With the arrival of Fabrice de La Morandière, Moncey Avocats will count 8 partners and close to thirty associates.
